Why This Hour

A decline letter says no. It never says why.

It doesn't tell you which of the twelve things on your file the lender reacted to, or what to fix first. That's what the hour is for. You choose the focus when you book, and most sessions are one of these three, or a mix, if that's what your situation needs.

Read the file

We go through your report together, screen shared, line by line: utilisation, markers, electoral roll, account age, search history. You'll see which items are actually moving your score and which ones are noise you can stop worrying about.

Challenge what's wrong

Defaults, CCJs, duplicate entries, debts that may be statute-barred. Which are genuinely worth disputing, on what grounds, and how to word the challenge so it gets taken seriously rather than filed.

Build the plan

A payoff order, so every payment is doing the most work. A budget that survives contact with real life. And what to do in the months before a mortgage or car finance application, rather than the week of it.

What You Leave With

The call isn't the deliverable. The plan is.

An hour of talking is easy to forget by Thursday. Everything below is written down and sent to you, so the hour keeps working after it ends.

Every session includes £89

  • The full file read Sixty minutes on your actual report, screen shared, not a general checklist about credit.
  • The decline diagnosis The specific thing lenders are reacting to, named, so you stop guessing at your own file.
  • The dispute shortlist What is genuinely challengeable on your report, on what grounds, and the wording to use.
  • The payoff order Which debt to attack first, and why that order rather than the one that feels obvious.
  • The written action list Emailed afterwards, in priority order, so nothing from the hour gets lost.
  • In your language English, German or Urdu, whichever you would rather discuss money in.

The 90-Day Follow-Through adds +£60

The call tells you what to change. The follow-through tells you whether it worked. Credit files move over months, not days, and a change that never reached the bureau looks exactly like a change you never made.

  • The 30-day check-in We confirm your changes have actually reported. This is where most plans quietly fail.
  • The 90-day re-read A fresh look at the file, and a straight answer on whether to apply now or wait.
  • The dispute templates My bureau-ready letters, so you're not drafting a challenge from a blank page.

£89 on its own · £149 with the follow-through Booked separately, two more sessions would be £178. They're £60 here because they're short, and because I've already read your file.

My guarantee

If you get to the end of the hour and feel you could have found all of it yourself, tell me and I'll refund you in full. You keep the written action list either way.

No explanation needed. You don't have to say it to my face either. Just reply to the action list email, any time in the next 7 days. I'd rather hear it than have you sit on it.

The reason I can offer that: none of this is general advice about credit. It's your file, and what turns up on it is specific. A search recorded that you don't remember agreeing to. An account still open that you thought you'd closed years ago. An address you left in 2019, still sitting there.

On the 90-Day Follow-Through there's a second one. If at 90 days you've done what we agreed and the file hasn't moved the way we expected, you get a fourth session at no cost. I'd rather finish the job than keep your money.

Choose your session A few free hardship slots are set aside every month. If money is the barrier, just ask when booking.

Before You Book

Fair questions, straight answers.

Can't I just look all this up myself?

Plenty of it, yes, and I'd rather you did. What you can't look up is your file. General advice is why most people are stuck: it's all true, and none of it tells you which of your accounts is the problem. This hour is about your report, not about credit in general. If you'd rather work through it alone, start with the free audit instead.

Can you get a default or a CCJ removed?

No, and nor can anyone else if the entry is accurate. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you something they can't deliver. What I can do is find the entries that are wrong, duplicated, out of date, or not yours, and show you how to challenge those properly.

£89 is a lot for me right now.

Then don't start here. The free credit audit is genuinely free, no card, and I look at it myself. A few hardship slots are also set aside every month, so if money is the barrier, say so when you book.

Will this work for my situation?

Thin file, new to the UK, on a student or work visa, rebuilding after defaults, self-employed with awkward income: those are most of the sessions I do. A short file is usually easier to diagnose than a long one, not harder.

Which should I book, £89 or £149?

If you're applying for a mortgage, car finance or anything else in the next six months, take the follow-through. The check-ins are the part that catches changes which never reported, and timing the application matters as much as the file itself. If you mainly want to understand what you're looking at, the call on its own is enough.

What do I need to have ready?

Just access to your credit report. After you book I'll send a short note on how to pull it free of charge. No forms, no homework beyond that.

When do I pay?

When you pick your slot, payment confirms the booking, so the time is held for you straight away. You'll get a confirmation email with the Google Meet link and a calendar invite.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, the confirmation email has reschedule and cancel links. Please give as much notice as you can so the slot can go to someone else.

Which languages can we do the session in?

English, German or Urdu, whichever you're most comfortable discussing your finances in.

Is this financial advice?

No. Sessions are educational. I help you understand your credit profile and your options. For regulated advice (like a specific mortgage recommendation), you'd see an adviser.

Stop guessing at your own file.

Pick a time, and an hour from now you'll know what's actually on it.
